DocRepair is an application that will save you by repairing DOC files. There isn't anything as frustrating and depressing than having to deliver a project on a .DOC file and at the last minute realizing that the file is corrupted. Of course, you didn't back the file up when it was working, so you are kind of lost. DocRepair boasts to be the first application that is able to repair .DOC or .DOCX files from Microsoft Word 6.0 to Microsoft Word 2007. It also helps you with other situations that may not be adequate for people with weak hearts. Have you ever gotten then error message: "The document name or file path is invalid"? I have. Supposedly, DocRepair can help you with that too. I haven't tried it myself because I now back up all my files. This application can also help you out with those files that crash your Word when you open them. It isn't really clear how the application repairs those files, but if it does, it would be great. The user interface isn't complicated at all. Most tasks can be carried out via the use of wizards. |
